Littlehampton harbour, on the South East Coast of the United Kingdom offers a number of moorings for all types of boats, sailing boats, motor boats and fishing boats.
Littlehampton Harbour Board Moorings
Littlehampton Harbour Board offer a number of pontoon berths for leisure boaters.
Littlehampton harbour board moorings are located at Pier Road – these being adjacent to the newly constructed river side walkway and Duke’s Wharf.
The area outside the Littlehampton harbour board offices are reserved for visitors – yachts and motorboats.
Commercial moorings are also provided by the Harbour board and the harbour is home to a number of fishing charter boats as well as commercial fishing boats.
There’s usually a waiting list for Littlehampton Harbour Board moorings, and in the first instance you should contact Littlehampton Harbour Master, Mr Billy Johnson on 01903 721215
Littlehampton Visitor Moorings
Littlehampton offers a great-away destination for visiting yachts and during the busy summer seasons, visitor moorings are in short supply.
You can call up Littlehampton Harbour Master on VHF Channel 71 or by telephone on 01903 721215.
Please note that the harbour office is not manned 24 hours a day and if you’re looking for a visitor mooring, they are located directly below the harbor board offices.
Arun Yacht Club
Arun Yacht Club located directly across the river Arun from Littlehampton harbour board offices offer visitor moorings to visiting yachts. These should be pre-booked with the Yacht club by telephoning their office on 01903 716016.
Seasonal moorings are also available at the yacht club.

Littlehampton marina offers excellent mooring facilities in Littlehampton harbour with all tides access from the River Arun.
Unfortunately, owing to Littlehampton’s swing bridge, Littlehampton Marina moorings are unsuitable for sailing boats and yachts as they would be unable to come under the bridge. Although the bridge does open, openings are sporadic and only for commercial traffic entering and leaving the harbour.
Littlehampton Marina facilities include:
Onsite toilets and showers (a very high standard)
Boat parking/dry berthing and a launch facility operated by the marina
Boat House Cafe – well worth visiting serving a delicious range of home cooked foods and refreshments.
Ample free parking for berth holders and visitors.

Littlehampton Yacht Club
Littlehampton Yacht Club is located on the West side of Littlehampton harbour as you enter and offers moorings for up to 100 vessels as well as offering hard standing area.
The Yacht club offers pontoon berthing, which are either deep water or drying out, partly drying out depending on which one you choose or are available.
With the benefit of being close to Littlehampton harbour entrance, and not having to access under the swing bridge, these moorings are ideal for all sorts of vessels including yachts, motorboats, fishing boats and day boats.
The Yacht Club has facilities which include:
Hard standing for boats and trailers
Undercover workshop for winter working
